Lee Rose, the artist behind PENS X NEEDLES, has officially opened her new private tattoo studio in Bandon, Oregon. After operating her studio in Coos Bay for several years, Lee has brought her work back to the town where she was born and raised.
The new studio is located inside the Historic Port Authority Building in the heart of Old Town Bandon, a building Lee has loved since she first stepped inside as a child.
A Hometown Dream, Officially in Ink
Growing up in Bandon, Lee always felt drawn to the Historic Port Authority Building. There was something about its character, its waterfront location, and the stories held inside its walls that stayed with her.
Now, the building is home to the next chapter of PENS X NEEDLES.
“Opening my own private studio in Bandon already feels huge. Getting to do it in a building I loved as a kid makes the whole thing feel a little surreal—in the best possible way. I’m home, I’m creating, and I’m ready to share this beautiful space with my cherished clients as we explore the next chapter of their tattoo journeys together.”
